I dont buy expensive make up.. But I read this article about this and how well it holds your eye make up all day without gooping and making a messy streak at the end of the day... Totally was right. Looks as good 16 hours later.. Well worth the 12$ . Put it on first then your eye makeup.. Lasts all day!!
